I’ll be performing at the 2012 Cape Fear Comedy Festival in Wilmington, North Carolina this May. There are three beaches so I understand if you come for the weekend and don’t watch any shows.
The students who made the TU comedy team for NCCC this year are Chris Whitehair, Tim Ryan, Jordana Lipsitz, Steve Lipman, Paul Kenton, Matt Kase, Tyler Wolf and myself, Alex Grubard. Yippie!
I lived in New York City as a stand-up comedian for years, but I don’t live there anymore. I’ve got a few stories. On February 24th at 8 pm in the downstairs of Karma Lounge (51 1st Ave.) in the Lower East Side I’ll tell an hour’s worth of jokes. It’s a $5 cover charge, but feel free to be creative.
Come to the TFC Winter Film Festival tomorrow, Tuesday January 31st in the Temple Reel and Temple Underground at 7 pm. After the festival there will be snacks, activities plus Doogie Horner and I will be performing stand-up!
